Meet the Founder
Hi, I am Erin - wife, mom of three, chaos coordinator... and the heart behind Rising Within.
Life did not gently lead me here, it pushed me. Through survival, healing, and rebuilding, I found something I did not even realize that I was searching for... myself.
I have lived through seasons that felt heavy, messy, and uncertain. The kind of seasons that change you. The kind of seasons that force you to either stay stuck, or choose to rise.
Rising Within was born from that space.
It was not built from perfection, but from real life. It was built from sitting in the hard moments, learning how to move through them, and discovering strength I did not know I had.
My passion is simple:
To create a space where you can show up exactly as you are - no masks, no pressure- and begin to reconnect with yourself.
Because you do not need to be fixed.
You just need the space to rise...gently.
